CERAMICS 1​

This year, students learned and practiced basic hand-building methods such as pinching, coiling, and slab construction, and used these techniques to create both functional pottery and artistic clay sculpture - even in the virtual environment! 

 

Students have continued to face the challenge of school closure and virtual learning due to COVID-19; we are proud of how our art students have persevered through this challenge, and are happy to be able to share some of the art they made while at home!

Student artworks are separated by class level, and then grouped by lesson in the menu – simply click on the class level and then the lesson name and you will be able to scroll through the corresponding artwork!
